Made entirely by hand year 1980 artisanal work. Length: 85 cm. Height: 68 cm. Very detailed with its bronze cannons. 3 mats, on base, superb patina. This boat was made by hand with great finesse very detailed see photos.
The Superb was a great French flagship of 74 guns on two bridges and 84 m long, launched in 1784 in Brest, under the reign of Louis XVI. The Superb was built on the plans of engineer Jacques Noël Sane, architect who designed many French ships of the eighteenth century (the Audacieux, the Borée, the Farm, the Fiery, the Generous, the Leopard, the Orion, the Patriot, the Superb, the Bold, the City of Paris).
